Ipamorelin Research

Ipamorelin is a synthetic hexapeptide studied for its interaction with the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R), distinct from the GHRH receptor pathway studied with CJC-1295.³ Animal model studies have examined Ipamorelin's effects on bone mineral content markers⁴ and its receptor selectivity profile, noting that it did not elevate adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) or cortisol levels in the animal models studied.³
