CJC-1295 with DAC is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), including a drug affinity complex (DAC) that binds to serum albumin, a structural modification studied for its relevance to extended stability profiles in laboratory research settings.1 In an animal model study using GHRH-deficient mice, researchers examined CJC-1295's effects on GH release patterns over a sustained administration period.2
Ipamorelin Research
Ipamorelin is a synthetic hexapeptide studied for its interaction with the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R), distinct from the GHRH receptor pathway studied with CJC-1295.3 Animal model studies have examined Ipamorelin's effects on bone mineral content markers4 and its receptor selectivity profile, noting that it did not elevate adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) or cortisol levels in the animal models studied.3
