Order Processing & Shipping Times

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST ship the next business day.

Once your order is processed, tracking information will be emailed when your shipping label is generated. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery. Larger orders may require additional verification prior to shipment.

• USPS Priority: $12.99 (2–4 business days)
• USPS Express: $28.99 (1–2 business days)
• UPS Next Day Air: Calculated at checkout (1 business day)

We offer free USPS shipping on orders over $75.

Transit times are estimated from the date your order ships and exclude holidays. Blue Sky Peptide does not guarantee delivery timelines once packages are in the possession of third-party carriers such as USPS or UPS.

Out of Stock Items

If a research peptide is temporarily out of stock and delays your shipment, our team will contact you promptly with an update.

Returns & Refund Policy

Because our products are sold strictly for laboratory research use, we cannot guarantee research outcomes. Additionally, due to the potential for degradation if products are improperly handled or stored, we are unable to resell items that have been in a purchaser’s possession.

If you experience an issue with a product, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase. Approved returns are eligible for:

• Refund minus original shipping charges
• Exchange for product of equal or lesser value
