Blend CJC-1295 NO-DAC 5mg with GHRP-6 5mg
View Research Overview & References
CJC-1295 NO-DAC with GHRP-6 combines a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) with growth hormone-releasing peptide-6 (GHRP-6). CJC-1295 is derived from GHRH 1-29 (sermorelin) and consists of 30 amino acids with a molecular weight of 3647.16 g/mol. This formulation does not contain a drug affinity complex (DAC), resulting in a shorter half-life than the DAC-bound version.1
Animal Model Research
In an animal model study using GHRH-deficient mice, research examined CJC-1295's effects on growth hormone (GH) and IGF-1-related signaling.2 GHRP-6, a synthetic ghrelin analog, is studied for its interaction with the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R), relevant to research on GH-related signaling pathways. Research has examined this peptide combination for its effects on baseline and pulsatile growth hormone secretion patterns in animal models.
Tissue Repair Marker Research
Animal model research has examined GHRP-6's effects on tissue repair markers and scar tissue formation in wound models.3,4 Separate animal model research has examined markers of neuronal signaling in models of induced cerebral ischemia in combination with recombinant epidermal growth factor (rhEGF).5
Important Notice
CJC-1295 NO-DAC with GHRP-6 is strictly intended for in vitro and in vivo (animal) laboratory research and is not for human or animal use, diagnostic use, or therapeutic purposes. This product has not been evaluated for safety or efficacy in humans or animals. Researchers utilize this product to investigate growth hormone-related signaling and tissue-repair marker mechanisms in experimental settings.
Product Information
This peptide combination is supplied as a lyophilized powder at a concentration of 10 mg per vial (5 mg x 2).
